With our food truck catering service, you can host your company Christmas party right on your company grounds. For smaller teams, we’ll bring a food truck decorated for the holidays. For groups of 100 guests or more, we can set up a custom culinary Christmas market with food trucks and catering stations upon request. We can also provide full catering with stations in a hall or other suitable indoor venue.

At StreetQuizine, we combine our winter cuisine with a setup tailored to your company’s needs. Whether 50 employees are celebrating together or several hundred guests need to eat during a short break, we tailor the menu, serving stations, and staff to your number of guests and the time available.

What kind of Christmas catering is right for the number of guests you're expecting?

Our catering service is generally available for groups of 30 or more guests. For a Christmas party with fewer than 100 guests, a single food truck can be a compact solution. You can also book mulled wine, non-alcoholic winter apple cider, and a dessert, for example. The best combination depends on the venue and your budget.

For groups of 100 or more guests, we can combine food trucks with additional stations. This creates a small corporate Christmas market featuring savory dishes, a crêpe station, a candy bar, or a Christmas-themed beverage bar. Guests can move from station to station and sample a variety of foods.

For larger Christmas parties, we plan multiple serving stations. The key factor is whether everyone wants to eat at the same time or if guests will arrive over the course of several hours. We can also cater events with several thousand guests using a tailored plan. We explain our approach in more detail in our article on catering for large corporate events.

Our Two Packages for the Christmas Party

We have two meal options for the holiday season: our Christmas Party Package, featuring winter burgers and bowls, and our Christmas Market Package, featuring classic market dishes. We can also put together a custom menu upon request.

The Christmas Party Package with Winter Burgers and Pulled Duck

  • Cheese spaetzle: freshly made, with crispy onions and fresh chives.
  • Winter Bowl: Pulled duck from free-range ducks, served with homemade cheese spaetzle, cranberry sauce, and red cabbage. As a vegetarian alternative, we serve mushroom ragout instead of duck.
  • Winterburger: served with buns from our local bakery, plum ketchup, and red cabbage slaw. You can choose between pulled duck from free-range ducks or a falafel patty. We can prepare the falafel burger to be completely vegan.
  • Bratwurst and fries: Bratwurst from our in-house butcher shop; also available as currywurst upon request. A vegan alternative to the sausage is also available.

For a vegan winter bowl, we combine mushroom ragout with potato dumplings and vegan red cabbage. This allows us to accommodate different dietary preferences even within our winter menu.

The Christmas Market Package with Savory Classics

  • Bratwurst from our in-house butcher shop in a roll with mustard.
  • Sautéed Mushrooms with Garlic Sauce.
  • Kale with Mettenden; upon request, we can also prepare the kale dish vegan and without Mettenden.
  • Pulled Sauerbraten served with our freshly prepared red cabbage and potato noodles.
  • A semolina porridge bowl with hot cherries and a variety of toppings as a sweet finale.

Depending on the event, the dishes can be served from the food truck or at various stations. If you’d like a specific theme, we’ll incorporate it into the plan. A menu consisting exclusively of soups and stews is also possible, as we did for Eickhoff’s Christmas party in Bochum.

You can find more meal options on our catering menu. Our other packages can also be booked for a Christmas party and customized to suit your needs.

Mulled wine and sweet treats for your company Christmas market

To accompany our winter dishes, we offer mulled wine and non-alcoholic winter apple cider. Upon request, we can also provide hot Aperol, other hot beverages, or a full selection of soft drinks. For this, we use our festively decorated mobile bars, among other things. We typically serve mulled wine in disposable cups; we tailor the setup to your specific needs.

For dessert during the Christmas season, we offer our vegan baked apple with Christmas flavors and homemade vegan bourbon vanilla sauce, as well as homemade gingerbread mousse. We can also include fresh crêpes, poffertjes, profiteroles, or a candy bar with Christmas pastries and sweets.

Main courses and pre-ordered mulled wine are offered as an all-you-can-eat option during the agreed-upon serving times. We also offer the candy bar and profiteroles as an all-you-can-eat option. We calculate the cost of the remaining desserts based on the agreed-upon number of guests. We specify which services and times are included in the quote.

How much does a Christmas party with a food truck cost?

For large Christmas parties, food prices are in a similar range to those at our other events. We tailor the dishes to the season and calculate costs based on the number of guests, the menu selection, and the serving time.

As a general guideline, our main courses range from about 19 to 40 euros net per person, depending on the menu and group size. For smaller groups of 30 to 120 guests, the price range is typically 25 to 40 euros net per person. You can find the detailed pricing structure in our food truck catering cost overview.

In addition to the cost of the food, there is a flat fee for travel and service, as well as any requested extras, such as beverages, dessert stations, additional staff, or furniture. A Christmas market with multiple stations will therefore be priced according to your specific itinerary. The amounts listed are for reference only and do not include sales tax. You will receive the exact scope of services and total price in your personalized quote.

Three Christmas parties from our practice

These events show just how varied a company Christmas party can be. The number of guests and the food selection alone aren’t enough for planning. The desired serving time and the available space on-site, in particular, determine how we set up the catering.

Eickhoff in Bochum with 825 guests

We had the pleasure of catering the Christmas party for Eickhoff Maschinenfabrik in Bochum in 2024 and 2025. For December 19, 2025, we developed a custom menu: The request was for soups and stews exclusively.

We served 825 guests four different soups and stews during a two-hour service. This was accompanied by an all-you-can-drink package featuring soft drinks, mulled wine, and non-alcoholic winter apple cider.

UnionStahl in Duisburg with 250 guests

On the same day, December 19, 2025, we provided catering services for UnionStahl’s Christmas party on Liverpooler Straße in Duisburg. The entire meal service took one hour. The requirement was that all 250 guests receive their first serving within the first 20 minutes. We achieved this goal.

The menu included winter burgers with duck or falafel, as well as two additional stations offering winter dishes such as kale and cheese spaetzle. We took the short time window into account when planning the meal service. For other events, we adjust the number of serving stations and the menu on a case-by-case basis.

EGN in Viersen, with 300 guests in a hall

In 2024, we organized a Christmas party for 300 guests for the waste management company EGN, held entirely inside the building. The client had decorated the large hall with Christmas trees and other decorations. We set up several catering stations, which were staffed by our chefs.

The menu included, among other things, our Winter Bowl and cheese spaetzle, a custom-prepared roast beef with creamed sauerkraut, and a selection of three types of dumplings as a vegetarian option. We also served baked apples with bourbon-vanilla sauce, fresh crêpes, and a custom candy bar.

We also handled all the beverage service and provided additional equipment, such as bar tables and beer tables.

Christmas food trucks outside or catering stations inside

Our food trucks are festively decorated during the Christmas season. On some of the trucks, snowflake decals add to the wintery look. We also decorate our counters to match. Some of our chefs even wear Christmas-themed outfits.

Depending on the space available and the weather, we can incorporate pavilions of various sizes, as well as patio heaters or radiant heaters, on the company grounds. We’ll discuss in advance where guests will eat and spend time, and what covered areas are available.

For events held indoors, we set up catering stations instead of food trucks. We’ll work with you and the venue to determine the necessary equipment, work surfaces, and space requirements. We can also provide service staff, bar tables, beer tables and chairs, and other equipment.

What resources do we need on site?

For setup, we need suitable spaces and electrical connections that meet the requirements of our concept. For a typical food truck operation, a 230-volt connection is often sufficient. Depending on the food being served and any additional stations, a 16-amp three-phase power connection may be required. In some cases, we can also operate independently; we’ll assess the options during the event planning process.

It’s also important for the food truck to have an accessible parking space and a driveway that’s wide and tall enough. If there are multiple locations, we take into account our team’s work areas and the paths guests will take. Photos or a site plan help us work together to determine the setup.

When should you book your Christmas party?

We recommend that you inquire about your Christmas party by the end of September or early October, if possible. During this time, we can often still offer several available dates. The closer Christmas gets, the sooner popular dates are booked.

It's worth sending a request even on short notice. There may still be available dates between events that have already been booked. If you're flexible about the day of the week or the time, we'll work together to find a suitable option.

Christmas Catering in North Rhine-Westphalia and Throughout Germany

From our office in Korschenbroich, we organize Christmas parties in the Rhineland and the Ruhr region, including in Düsseldorf, Cologne, Bochum, Duisburg, and Viersen. Through our office in Augsburg, we also serve Bavaria and southern Germany.

Depending on the event size, date, and distance, we operate throughout Germany. For larger companies, we also plan large-scale Christmas parties featuring food trucks and stations on their own premises or at a suitable event venue.

Frequently Asked Questions About Christmas Party Catering

Is it possible to hold a company Christmas market with as few as 100 people?

Yes. For groups of 100 guests or more, we can organize a culinary corporate Christmas market featuring food trucks and decorated catering stations. The optimal number of stations depends on the food selection, the available space, and the desired serving time.

Can we book a Christmas party with fewer than 100 guests?

Yes, we generally offer catering for groups of 30 guests or more. For smaller groups, we’ll plan a suitable food truck or buffet-style setup. Beverages and desserts can be added.

Is there vegan Christmas catering available?

Yes. Options include, for example, the vegan falafel winter burger, a bowl with mushroom ragout, potato dumplings, and vegan red cabbage, as well as vegan kale. Our baked apple with bourbon vanilla sauce is also vegan. We’ll discuss any allergies or food intolerances in advance based on the dishes you’d like to order.

How do you prevent long lines at large Christmas parties?

We plan based on the time frame during which your guests are scheduled to eat. To do this, we coordinate the dishes, staff, and the number of food trucks or stations. During short group breaks, having multiple serving stations is especially important.

Can the entire Christmas party be held in one hall?

Yes. We can handle all the catering at stations throughout the building. We’ll clarify the space and technical requirements with you beforehand. One example is our Christmas party for 300 guests at EGN in Viersen.
